400 Workout: Because sometimes 300 just isn’t enough
This morning I fed the warrior:
60min run
100 Kettlebell Walking Lunges (each leg)
50 Pull-ups
100 Atomic Push-ups
50 Decline Slosh Pipe Crunches
100 Peek-A-Boo Presses
I completed the total reps for each exercise as quickly and continuously as possible before moving on to the next exercise. Excellent workout.
